In 2022, Drew MacEwen brought together a group of investors to create a premier dining experience in our beautiful capital city. The team behind 1889 Prime Steakhouse includes Nicole Andres, our dedicated General Manager; Aaron Eubanks, our Executive Head Chef; and Sarah Knutson, our expert Bar Manager.
Named to honor the year Washington achieved statehood, 1889 Prime Steakhouse is a celebration of the great state of Washington and the bountiful Pacific Northwest. We take pride in sourcing locally, with our beef coming from the renowned Double R Ranch in Eastern Washington and a carefully curated selection of wines from the region’s finest vineyards. At 1889 Prime Steakhouse, we are committed to offering a dining experience that highlights the best of what our state has to offer.
