About Us
In 2022 Drew MacEwen formed a group of investors to build out a steakhouse for our beautiful capitol city. Joining the team from the start were Nicole Andres who serves as the general manager and Josh Race as executive chef. 1889 Prime Steak House is a celebration of the great state of Washington as 1889 was the year of statehood. We strive to source from our state and/or the Pacific NW. Our beef comes from the Double R Ranch in Eastern Washington and the majority of our wines from the Walla Walla region.
